Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027

Official Rules & Terms

1. Contest Overview

The Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027 is a limited-entry contest created for engaged couples actively planning their wedding, as well as professional wedding planners entering on behalf of their clients.

A total of two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from all qualified entries.

Each winning entry will receive premium wedding DJ services from Diamond Needles, with the opportunity to select one (1) of the following signature production packages:

• Ivory Diamond Package — an all-white luxury sound and lighting system

• Onyx Diamond Package — an all-black luxury sound and lighting system

• Elite Diamond Package — a refined silver and black premium sound and lighting system

• Prime Diamond Package — a bold metal and black premium sound and lighting system

Each prize is valued at up to $3,200 CAD and may be applied toward eligible wedding events taking place in 2026 or 2027, subject to availability, venue compatibility, and standard service terms.

Regardless of winning status, all qualified entrants will receive 50% off any Diamond Needles premium service, applicable to new bookings only and subject to standard booking terms.

This draw is exclusively hosted and administered online at

2. Purpose of the Premium Draw

This draw is intended to introduce Diamond Needles’ premium sound, music, and lighting systems while rewarding selected winners with high-quality wedding entertainment services.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027, participants must:

• Submit the applicable entry fee at the time of entry:

  • $20 CAD for eligibility toward the Elite or Prime Diamond Packages

  • $50 CAD for eligibility toward all Diamond Packages, including Ivory, Onyx, Elite, and Prime

• Complete their entry exclusively at www.diamondneedles.ca/stage

• Follow @diamondneedles_events on Instagram at the time of entry

• Provide valid and accurate contact information

Entry Details

• The draw is limited to 100 qualified entries in total

• Each paid entry represents one (1) chance in the prize assignment

• Once 100 qualified entries are received, the draw will close

Prize Assignment

• The prize holds no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash

• The selected winner may choose to apply the prize to their own wedding or assign it as a gift to another engaged couple, at the winner’s discretion

• All awarded or assigned events must take place in 2026 or 2027 and remain subject to date availability, venue requirements, and standard service policies

Participant Identification

During entry, participants may be asked to indicate whether they are:

• An engaged couple entering for their own event

• A wedding planner or an individual entering on behalf of an engaged couple

4. Eligibility

The Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027 is open to:

• Engaged couples planning a wedding or formal event taking place in 2026 or 2027

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older

• The event must occur in 2026 or 2027

• The event must fall within Diamond Needles’ standard service area, unless otherwise approved in writing

• Entrants must follow @diamondneedles_events on Instagram at the time of entry

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Diamond Needles are not eligible to participate

Existing Bookings

• Entrants with an existing confirmed booking, active service agreement, or contracted event with Diamond Needles at the time of entry are not eligible to substitute or replace that booking with a prize from the Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027

• This restriction applies to both engaged couples and professional wedding planners, regardless of booking category

• The prize is valid only for new, non-confirmed event bookings

Entry Integrity

• Diamond Needles reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent, automated, incomplete, misleading, or not submitted in good faith

5. Entry Benefits (All Participants)

All entrants receive Premium Access Benefits, regardless of winning status, including:

• Priority booking consideration for 2026–2027

• Locked-in pricing for 2026–2027 bookings

• Early access to premium availability

• Preferred consideration for planner collaborations (where applicable)

• Inclusion in the Diamond Needles Premium Draw​

 

6. Prize Structure & Package Details

Selected winners will receive one (1) premium Diamond Needles DJ service, with the option to choose one (1) of the following signature packages:

Ivory Diamond Package

Includes:

• Premium DJ service valued at up to $3,200 CAD

• Elegant all-white luxury sound and lighting system

• Professional Diamond Needles DJ

• Wireless microphones for speeches

• Pre-event planning and music consultation

Onyx Diamond Package

Includes:

• Premium DJ service valued at up to $3,200 CAD

• Sleek all-black luxury sound and lighting system

• Professional Diamond Needles DJ

• Wireless microphones for speeches

• Pre-event planning and music consultation

 

 

7. Prize Conditions (All Winners)

• Prizes hold no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash

• Packages are non-transferable, except within an established planner–client booking relationship

• All prizes are subject to venue specifications, technical limitations, power availability, access constraints, and logistical requirements

• If a selected venue cannot reasonably accommodate the awarded Ivory or Onyx Diamond Package, the winner may apply the prize toward an alternative Diamond Needles DJ package of lesser value

• Any difference in package value will not be refunded or credited

• Additional services, extended coverage, travel outside Diamond Needles’ standard service area, or upgrades not included in the awarded package may be added at the winner’s expense

• All prizes are subject to Diamond Needles’ availability at the time of booking

 

8. Winner Selection & Announcement

• A total of two (2) winners will be selected through a random draw from all qualified entries

• The anticipated draw date is March 1, 2026; however, the draw date and winner announcement date may be adjusted based on the rate at which 100 qualified entries are received

• The draw will close automatically once the maximum of 100 qualified entries has been reached

• Winners will be contacted directly using the contact information provided at the time of entry

• Winners may be announced publicly across Diamond Needles’ official platforms

• Selected winners must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification

• Failure to confirm within the stated timeframe, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner

9. Booking & Service Agreement

• Winners must complete booking through Diamond Needles

• Standard Diamond Needles service agreements, policies, and terms apply

• Additional services beyond the awarded package may be added at standard rates

 

10. Publicity & Promotion

By entering the Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027, participants agree that Diamond Needles may:

• Publicly announce the winners

• Share limited, non-identifying details related to winning events or planner collaborations

All personal information is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Instagram is referenced solely as an eligibility requirement.
All entries, payments, and contest administration occur exclusively through www.diamondneedles.ca/stage.

12. General Conditions

• Diamond Needles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the draw due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules

• All entry fees are non-refundable.
  It is the responsibility of each entrant to review and confirm eligibility prior to entering the Diamond Needles Premium Draw 2026–2027.

• Entry fees will not be refunded if an entrant is later found to be ineligible, including but not limited to existing bookings, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to comply with contest rules.

• All decisions made by Diamond Needles are final
